We deliver a number of services across East Lothian and Midlothian. These services are free, confidential and easy to access.

Art Therapy (Midlothian)

Helps young people aged 12-18 build confidence, increase their self-esteem and manage difficult thoughts and feelings. You don’t need to be good at art to do art therapy.

LGBT+ Support

We offer one-to-one support for all LGBT+ young people living in East Lothian and Midlothian.

We also run social groups which are safe and friendly spaces for Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Intersex & Questioning Young People. We provide these groups in Midlothian and East Lothian.

In addition to individual support and community counselling, MYPAS also:

  1. Digital Drop-In Service which runs Monday to Friday 3:30pm-5:30pm. 
  2. runs group work programmes for young people
  3. provides education sessions in schools as part of personal and social education (PSE)
  4. provides training for professionals on a range of topics relating to young people’s health and well-being
