NHS Lothian have made the decision to provide sexual health drop-ins as an in-house service and as such MYPAS will have no further involvement in this service – MYPAS will stop delivering drop-ins in Midlothian from 30th September.
NHS Lothian will run sexual health services in Midlothian from 1st October through their Healthy Respect department.
Where: From 1st October Healthy Respect + services will be located in –
Croft St Learning Centre, 18 Croft St, Dalkeith, EH22 3BA (across from Morrisons supermarket)
Opening times: Tuesday 4-7.30pm | Friday 1-4pm
Services running from Stepping Forward premises in Penicuik will stop from the 30th September. New services in Penicuik will not be provided at present.
There is also the option of attending the central services in Chalmers St, Edinburgh where Healthy Respect + young people’s services run on a daily basis – see below for further information.
NOTE: Healthy Respect drop-ins in Midlothian will continue to provide advice and information, free condoms and signposting.
